BUT WHY Return & Refund Policy

Overview All products in our store are unique and produced per order. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged product or if there is a manufacturing error, please contact us immediately. To resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A clear photo showing the issue (if the issue affects multiple products, please ensure all affected items are visible in a single photo or video).

There is no need to return the damaged product to us. Once the issue is verified, we will arrange for a free replacement or a refund.

Wrong Size or Color Because every product is made to order, we cannot offer replacements or refunds if the incorrect size or color was ordered. Please review the sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Printing Disclaimer For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products, please note that there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement. Minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered defects.

Shipping Issues Please ensure your address is correct before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, a re-shipment fee may apply.
